Customer provides product, size, specification, quantity, destination, transport preference and timing.

Technical and supply review
Aztec Energy reviews current product availability, the general 35-tonne minimum order and supporting specifications.

Commercial quotation
Aztec Energy issues a clear written quotation with price basis, quantity, validity, transport arrangement, payment terms and relevant conditions.

Order confirmation
Commercial terms are formally accepted before product allocation or loading.

Documentation and fulfilment
Supporting documents, loading details and transport coordination are handled according to the agreed transaction.

Ongoing account support
Aztec Energy remains available to review future requirements and suitable current supply.
Order quantity
Minimum practical order: 35 tonnes, equivalent to one full truckload.
Transport
Transport can be arranged for suitable orders. Delivered pricing is calculated according to product, loading point, destination, quantity and prevailing transport costs.
