This website provides general information about Aztec Energy and potential industrial commodity supply. Content does not constitute a binding offer, technical recommendation, guarantee of supply or confirmation that a product is suitable for a particular application.

2. Product information and availability

Product availability, source, sizing, chemistry, documentation, packaging, minimum quantity and fulfilment options remain subject to confirmation against each enquiry. Specifications are confirmed against current written documents where available and may change with supply. Website content should not be used as a substitute for an approved specification.

3. Enquiries, quotations and orders

A website submission is an enquiry only. It does not reserve product, create an order or bind either party. Price, quotation validity, quantity, payment, allocation, loading, logistics and other commercial conditions must be confirmed in writing.

Formal quotations, accepted commercial terms and applicable order documentation govern actual transactions. If website content differs from a current written quotation or accepted transaction document, the written transaction terms apply.

4. Product suitability

Customers remain responsible for assessing and approving product suitability for their equipment, process, sizing requirements, operating conditions and regulatory obligations. Aztec Energy does not guarantee suitability solely because a product is listed against a potential industry or application.

5. Transport

Transport may be arranged for suitable orders. The transport provider, loading point, destination, quantity, delivery basis, timing, risk and cost are confirmed per written quotation. Website references to countrywide supply remain subject to product availability and delivered-price economics.

Images labelled as general industry imagery are illustrative. They do not represent ownership of, or a direct relationship with, any depicted mine, stockyard, truck, plant, equipment or operation.

7. Website availability and external services

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website available and accurate, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. The website uses external hosting and email-delivery services, whose availability may affect website or form operation.
